Orders
When will my order ship?
Because every item is made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before it ships.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it to your doorstep.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to help.
Once production begins, changes and cancellations usually aren't possible because your item is being made specifically for you.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production is complete.
Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries around the world.
International shipping times and rates vary depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We'll work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible.
Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?
Since every product is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges simply because the wrong size was ordered.

How do your shirts fit?
Most of our apparel features a modern unisex fit that's true to size.
If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size larger.

Will the print fade?
We use high-quality printing methods designed to last.
To keep your apparel looking its best:
- Wash inside out
- Cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the design
